Where to find your shuttle
Terminal 1
Air Canada, Alaska, Breeze, Delta

- Departures Level (Level 2)
- Door & zone
- Door 5 → crossover → right
- 1Claim your bags on the Arrivals Level (Level 1).
- 2Take the nearest elevator or escalator up one level to Departures (Level 2).
- 3Exit the terminal at Door 5.
- 4Cross to the middle island (median).
- 5Stand under or near the Hotel Shuttle Pick-Up sign.
- 6Call (650) 347-7800 for the next pickup time — runs are 30–45 minutes apart depending on traffic.
Look for a black shuttle bus with "Courtyard" and "Crown Plaza" on the side.
Left/right directions may not be exact, but exiting at the listed door puts you close to the pickup sign.
Leaving from the hotel?
Board at the hotel main entrance. No reservation needed — arrive 15 minutes before departure.
